PERSISTENCE
A frequency-domain memory follows the incoming sound, then decays over a chosen time.
CAB SOUNDS / SPECTRAL MEMORY
Turn a brief sound into a suspended harmonic memory. Hold it, blur its edges, darken the tail, or let the incoming signal push it gently out of the way.

IN THE SIGNAL
A frequency-domain memory follows the incoming sound, then decays over a chosen time.
Suspend the captured spectrum. Release it to decay, or clear the tail immediately.
Spread energy between neighboring spectral bins and soften the high end.
Lower the effect while incoming audio is active, preserving space for the source.
LISTEN CLOSELY
A short original tone feeds GHOST. The source stops; the spectral body remains. This audio is rendered by the native processor, with no added reverb or external processing.
DEVELOPMENT EDITION
Six authored starting presets, stereo processing, host-state recall and a latency-aligned dry path. The effect reports 1,024 samples of latency. Source-energy normalization and a linked wet peak guard keep dense spectral memories controlled before output gain. Held audio is live memory: bounce it in your DAW to preserve that exact frozen moment.
Separate from the existing CAB Suite checkout. Human listening approval and a signed commercial release remain pending.
